These terms apply to your use of the Peakend Labs website. Work we do for clients is covered by separate agreements, not by these terms.

Texts, design and code on this site belong to Peakend Labs unless stated otherwise. Images and materials from client projects shown under References belong to the respective clients and are shown with their permission. Please don’t copy or reuse content without asking us first.

We keep the information on this site as accurate and up to date as we can, but it is general information and not a binding offer. Prices, scope and timelines are always agreed in writing for each project.

Some pages link to client websites and other external sites. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site available and secure, but we can’t guarantee it is always error-free or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for losses caused by using it, as far as the law allows.
